Meditation is a mental practice designed to allow a person to develop peaceful states of consciousness, clear thinking and mental balance.
The way I chose to conduct meditation is what is called passive meditation in which I guide the participants accompanied by dedicated and original music produced at a frequency of 432 Hz, the frequency of the heart.
The music is communicated and produced specifically for each type of meditation according to themes in collaboration with the creator and producer Tom Alon.
The special music gives the support to the subconscious parts of our body so that in fact the effect is deeper and more focused.
The purpose of meditation is to change the state of mind that allows deepening in healing processes with cosmic creatures, meditation allows for relaxation, mental flexibility and removal of barriers and thus the change of consciousness is made easier. It is a pleasant, relaxing and liberating experiential process.
